He also led marketing for Computer Sciences Corporation in Europe and was President of CSC France.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with Honors, from Princeton University, a Masters in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT and a Masters from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
John Hughes is a senior executive specializing in digital brand development and transformation, brand positioning and optimization, for startups and established companies. Angus, our Chief Scientist, is responsible for the selection and development of our psychometric and other tests to ensure the integrity and validity of our intellectual property.
Prior to Matchpoint Careers, Angus spent over 15 years in psychology-based companies. He has led product design, development and marketing for psychometric and assessment firms; has carried out many leadership assessments as a consultant; and is author of numerous published tests and questionnaires. He is currently Chair of the British Psychological Society's Committee on Test Standards.
John is a Certified Public Accountant with over 27 years of experience specializing in improving enterprise profitability and cash flow of domestic and international companies. As a CPA in private practice, John served small to medium sized private companies and divisions of Fortune 100 companies throughout his career. He has an impressive track record of building enterprise value for companies in a variety of industries including: food processing, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, textiles & apparel, professional services, construction, and insurance.
John is a partner in the firm B2B CFO®, a national firm of 185 partners providing part-time CFO services to small and middle market companies throughout the United States.

Dr. Dave Bartram is Chief Psychologist for SHL.
Prior to taking up his position with SHL, he was Dean of the Faculty of Science and the Environment, and Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Hull. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), of the International Test Commission (ITC) and of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP). He is Past-President of IAAP Division 2 (Assessment & Evaluation), President-Elect of the ITC, Convenor of the European Federation of Psychologists' Association's Board of Assessment and a past Chair of the BPS's Steering Committee on Test Standards.
He was appointed Honorary Professor in Occupational Psychology and Measurement at the University of Nottingham in 2007 and Professor Extraordinarius in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Pretoria in 2010. In 2004 he received the BPS Award for Distinguished Contribution to Professional Psychology. He has published widely in the area of psychological testing both scientific research and in relation to professional issues.

Most recently Howard served as Vice President, Management and Organizational Development for The McGraw-Hill Companies, where he was responsible for corporation-wide talent management, leadership development and learning.
He has also been Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Golden Books Family Entertainment. Prior to that, he was National Director, Human Resources for KPMG Peat Marwick and Senior Vice President, Management and Organizational Development for the IMS International and A.C. Nielsen divisions of Dun & Bradstreet. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of human resources management positions at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, including an assignment in Paris, as Director of its international human resources planning and development function. Howard started his career at the Benchmark School, an internationally known school for learning-disabled children.

Allen has authored over a dozen books on Internet Technologies and worked on a number of Internet Standards efforts as the W3C, OASIS and IDEAlliance. He has a degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Economics from North Carolina State University.
